Open Sawmill

Open Sawmill from base game.

Production rate is ramped up quite a bit, Give or take 2 - 2.5 times over vanilla production.

I've added the production of Prefab Walls

Also swapped the loading and unloading locations of Wood and Wood Chips for ease of use. Pictures to help illustrate.

added a "dust collector" object into the rafters to help illustrate.
